The movie is not working, why?
If you are using an older browser, please check whether your flash plugin is valid. If this doesn't help, please contact us and describe it in detail.
How do I turn on / off the subtitles?
At the moment, some movies have included subtitles and some do not. Unfortunately it is not possible to turn them on or off.
I can't find the movie I am looking for.
Not all movies are available in all countries, but we are constantly working on expanding the movie database as much as possible.

How do I change my password?

How do I cancel my account?
You can access this feature by "Account" tab.
How do I change the subscription I have signed up for?
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility at the moment. You can either continue your subscription or cancel it.
Can I change the email address of my account?
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility at the moment.
Can I sign up for more than one account?
Only one account per mobile number / email address is allowed.
